I can’t help but think that it’s a pushrod design rather than OHC due to the narrowness and roominess compared to it’s production mates.

They actually almost used this instead of the v12. But it produced too little mpg. So they put them in a warehouse and forgot about them until johnny English or whatever his name is

It was just the standard V12 with 4 extra cylinder, so still a DOHC design. The roominess comes from the fact that the RR Phantom is just huge to start with.
